Sulzer Eck

Every two years, in even-numbered years, a meeting takes place in Wildberg The traditional Shepherds' Run takes place on the third weekend of July. Added to the list of intangible cultural heritage in 2018, the Shepherds' Run is the largest traditional festival in the Northern Black Forest. The sheepdog trials are held at Sulzer Eck. Participating shepherds must complete an obstacle course with an unfamiliar flock of sheep. The shepherd who completes the course best receives an award.
