Our farm is now in its third generation, and our farm shop has been open since 2011. We are located in the beautiful, idyllic village of Neusatz, on the northern edge of the Black Forest between Pforzheim and Karlsruhe. In our farm shop, which also includes a self-service refrigerator always stocked outside, we sell our own products. We sell the meat from our Limousin cattle and our pork directly to customers, and our poultry is also very popular. Our herd of mother cows grazes on the surrounding pastures from May onwards. They remain on the pastures in the neighboring municipality of Straubenhardt-Langenalb until October. This is followed by the famous "Almauftrieb" (cattle drive). Our cattle drive is a large, ever-growing festival with food and music. It is important to us to keep agriculture alive. Our farm is open to kindergartens, schools, and any visitor interested in seeing behind the scenes of a working farm. We have high standards for the quality and freshness of the food we produce and sell. Our farm shop's selection is expanded with products we offer out of our deep connection to nature. These include eggs from our free-range chickens, which roam the fields in a mobile coop. We also recommend dairy products, such as our premium milk, which we source from the Dobler dairy farm in Ludwigsburg. This premium milk is simply chilled and bottled immediately after milking. Nothing is added or removed from the milk. Other products from the Dobler farm, such as fresh whole milk, low-fat milk, and yogurt made from non-GMO milk without artificial flavors, complete our range. Everything else offered in our spacious farm shop, from honey and flour to pasta and homemade bread, also comes from the region.
