"Yes, according to the forest law, 'to the extent customary in the area'. Where I live, that's quite a lot (laughs). I used to collect 1-2 hundredweight a day with my 5 siblings and my mother."
When is the best time for that?
"Typically from the end of June to the beginning of August. However, depending on the climate, it can also be over within 2 weeks."
Your personal favorite place?
"The blueberry platform! It has a great view and you sit under almost 300-year-old pine trees. It's something extraordinary. Very simple, very quiet."
